This is a nice smooth soft pliable 10 ounce tape that will give a fine finish to any project, or strengthen areas that need extra thickness.
Please note : our 1" , 4" and 8" tapes are factory made and have a thread running on each side to keep them from unraveling.
The 1" and 8" are 10 ounces per square yard, the 4" is six ounces per square yard.
They are tooling cloths, which means that they have a low thread count ( about 14x16) which makes them easier to wet out, and it will conform to any shape.
our 2", 6", and 12" tapes are rough cut from out six ounce cloth. . the six ounce cloth is tightly woven and so it will not unravel as much.
these tapes are less expensive because we make them ourselves but cutting them from our excellent six ounce cloth.
